What we collect and why
- Launch email list. Your email address, the date and your country (from the network). Used only to send the launch email. Basis: your consent. Kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Beta applications. What you write in the form, the date and your country. Used to choose testers. Basis: your request to join. Kept for 12 months after the beta ends.
- Beta activation. When a beta plugin confirms its key code: the code's serial number, your tester number and name from the code, a one-way hash of your computer's ID, the plugin name and version, the DAW name, the operating system and the times of the checks. Used to enforce the terms of the beta (two computers per code, the beta hours). Basis: the beta agreement. Kept for 12 months after the beta ends.
- Contact form. Your name, email address, subject and message, the date and your country. Used only to answer you; the message is forwarded to our mailbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. Basis: your request. Kept for 12 months.
- Abuse protection. A one-way hash of your IP address for a short time to limit repeated requests. It is deleted automatically within two hours.
The plugins never send audio, project data or files. The website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
Purchases
When sales open, purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects the payment and billing details under its own privacy policy and gives us your name, email address and order details so we can deliver the license and support.
Who processes the data
The website and its data storage run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). Data may be processed outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing by sending a message through the contact form. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Ostot: myynnin alettua maksut käsittelee Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) omalla tietosuojaselosteellaan; saamme nimen, sähköpostin ja tilauksen tiedot lisenssin toimittamista varten.
Käsittelijä: sivusto ja tietovarasto toimivat Cloudflaressa; tietoja voidaan käsitellä EU:n ulkopuolella EU:n vakiolausekkeiden nojalla.
